WHAT WOULD MICHAEL DO?

“I am bewildered at the length people will go to portray me so negatively.  But, I will never stop loving people the way Jesus said to.”breath-taking five

“In accepting yourself completely, trust becomes complete.  There is no longer any separation between people, because there is no longer any separation inside.  In the space where fear used to live, love is allowed to grow.”

“TOGETHER, LET US CREATE A SYMPHONY OF HEARTS, MARVELLING AT THE MIRACLES OF OUR CHILDREN, AND BASKING IN THE BEAUTY OF LOVE.  LET US HEAL THE WORLD AND BLIGHT ITS PAIN, AND MAY WE ALL MAKE BEAUTIFUL  MUSIC TOGETHER.”

“My best moments of creativity have often been spent with children.  When I am around them, music comes to me as easily as breathing.”

“With a will of iron, with perseverance and determination, you can do anything!”

“IT’S MUSIC, IT’S RHYTHM, AND MY GOAL IN LIFE IS TO GIVE TO THE WORLD WHAT I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO RECEIVE…THE ECSTASY OF DIVINE UNION THROUGH MY MUSIC AND DANCE.  IT’S LIKE MY PURPOSE, IT’S WHAT I’M HEREbe still my heart again and again four FOR.”

Life is a journey of testing, leading to triumph.  Reflecting on creating and writing THE IMMERSION PROJECT, I realize its enormity…its capacity for enthusiasm that leads me to good health, spirituality and heart.  Michael’s massive life dictates a large approach in attempting to share it all with others.  Because of that, IMMERSION grows daily.  Michael believed in going for our dreams…the best dreams were when our eyes are wide open.  Embracing the idea that the greatest learning comes from watching the masters, the value and vastness of the content has revealed an important truth:  MICHAEL JACKSON IS FOR EVERYONE!  Beyond the unparalleled talent, which includes singing, writing, dancing, performing, creating, innovating, pioneering, and more, the philosophy of life, the spirituality, the humanity, the outreach, the global view of life has value for every creature living on this planet.   Using Michael’s artistry as a vehicle, we discover that lessons learned are LIFE  LESSONS OF THE HIGHEST MAGNITUDE.  In Ghandhi’s words, “Faith must be enforced by reason-when faith becomes blind, it dies.”  With education, comes reason.  With knowledge, prejudice dies.  Michael Jackson Fans are fans because of reason, knowledge and truth.  “I couldn’t be me without you.  You provide strength for my soul.”  That truth from Michael goes BOTH WAYS!  In a world of lies, Michael Jackson is the super bowl sixtruth.  We receive life from his artistry.  One need not call themselves FAN to understand the beauty and intelligence of Michael’s words.  But, I believe that the term FAN finds its life in many forms.  Taking the time to become educated, Michael’s love wraps each person in a blanket of many colors.  As with the peacock, the blanket represents every color, every gift, every stroke on a living painting…a work of art that grows and changes with each rotation of the earth.  Longevity is key…with each passing year, with each new piece of knowledge, the bond grows, standing the test of time.  THEREIN LIES THE UNIQUENESS…THE TRUTH.  It is a pilgrimage.  When learning, each pilgrim sends light into the world.  class twoLIGHT AND LOVE!

My mind understands that he is no longer with us, but my heart and soul just cannot seem to grasp it.  Michael’s music has been the soundtrack of my life and now when I hear one of his songs, my eyes automatically begin to fill with tears.  Then, I check myself, for as long as I can still groove to his music, it’s easier for me to believe that Michael’s somewhere in the universe doing his thing.  I don’t like being reminded that he died.  Legends don’t die.  Michael’s talent overshadowed his enormous humanitarian spirit, his magic brought all of us together.  He will never be forgotten.  PEACE, MICHAEL.”

“As Elie Wiesel, a survivor of the Jewish Holocaust said in a speech to an important gathering of White House dignitaries in 1999, ‘Gratitude is what defines the humanity of the human being.’  And, gratitude is what we should now have today for that young American black boy.  His name was Michael Jackson, someone I am privileged to call my friend, somebody who often stood alone for the children of the world, for the destitute, for the victims of disease and injustice.SCREAM NINE

Michael was very troubled by the suffering he saw in the world and even more to the indifference to it.  His first words to me when we met were, ‘Thank you so much for helping the people of Africa.’  There were no airs and graces, no pomp and circumstance, and his only concern was for the lives of other people who lived on a different continent than the one in which either of us were born.  He planned to hold a great concert in Rwanda and we would fly there together to see his great friend, Nelson Mandela.  Sadly, these events were not to happen and the world lost one of its greatest humanitarians”.

In that speech, Elie Wiesel also had words to say about indifference.  He said, ‘To be indifferent to the suffering in the world is what makes the human being inhuman.’  For the person who is indifferent, his or her neighbor is of no consequence.  Their lives are meaningless as indifference reduces the other to an abstraction.  Indifference always earth song this is itbenefits the aggressor, never his victim, whose pain is magnified when he or she feels forgotten.  Michael Jackson felt that pain, not just for the hungry children, but for himself when the people of America remained indifferent to the injustice that was perpetrated upon him, making him a prisoner in his own land, causing him to flee to the Middle East and eventually find solitude in Ireland, my home.TII TWELVE

What an irony that someone who cared so much about the rest of humanity was rejected by his own.  It was a pain he felt deeply and one that on occasion he discussed with me, but mostly he did not want to talk about it, and I never opened those painful memories…being like him, exiles beyond the norm.

Michael Jackson was never indifferent.  He brought light where there was darkness, hope where there was despair; he never turned away from cruelty when he could give compassion.  If there is one thing to do today, to preserve Michael Jackson’s memory…that is not to remain indifferent to the suffering we see all around the world.panther two  Stand up for things Michael stood for, to wipe out injustice, to combat disease and try and save the planet we live on.  What will the legacy of Michael Jackson be?  How will he be remembered by generations as yet unborn?  Let’s be grateful to God that he sent BRAVERYus such an angel to live amongst us for awhile, and let us not be indifferent to the wrongs we see around us.  If Michael ever wanted us to do one thing that would make him happy as he looks down over us today, it would be not to turn from the victims of oppression and aggression, and, if in doubt about ever knowing how to act…just think:  WHAT WOULD MICHAEL DO?”  Dr. Patrickgitm five Treacy

“THE IMMERSION PROJECT…Michael Jackson’s Tapestry” is my attempt to share everything I have learned…knowledge that finds life in every facet of human existence.  Whether one proudly identifies with the word FAN or not…Michael Jackson teaches us ALL how to live.  HE GIVES LIFE TO PEOPLE THROUGH HIS LEGACY.  His gifts INVINCIBLE FOUR given to us…expecting nothing in return.

I love you, Michael.

I love you, My Dear Friends.

  1. Would that Michael were still here. When I think about him which is every day..I want to cry… but I know he is somewhere around. And then I am relieved. Because as long as I can feel him around me, everything is ok….he was so joyous!

  2. February 14, 2018….Valentine’s Day….this is a milestone for me…I already wrote about it, so won’t repeat it….but I do know Michael is around….and sometimes lets me know he is…in odd ways!
